The conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel, located at 111 Pecan Street East, San Antonio, Texas 78205.  The rate at the Crowne Plaza is $119 plus tax per night (single or double).  To make your reservations, call 888-623-2800 and ask for the Federation of Tax Administrators room block.  The deadline for making reservations is May 10, 2005.

Overflow Hotel Now Available!

If you or members of your staff have been unable to obtain rooms at the Crowne Plaza for the FTA Annual Conference in June in San Antonio, we have secured an overflow room block for your convenience. Rooms are now available for June 12, 13 & 14 at the Woodfield Suites, 100 West Durango Blvd., approximately 6 blocks from the Crowne Plaza on the trolley line. To make reservations call 800-338-0008 or 210-212-5400 and ask for the "Federation of Tax Administrators Annual Meeting" to secure the group room rate of $112 for a single or double (plus tax, of course). (Should you decide to extend your stay, it is quite likely the Woodfield Suites will be able to accommodate you.) A continental breakfast and free evening cocktails are among the amenities offered.
