Indiana has decided to pilot this on the individual tax form, the IT-40
The space saved by printing the name and address is sufficient for the barcode
which contains all the the data from the form (name, address, and financial data)
As you can see, the 2D barcode has a height dimension rather than just a width
like traditional barcodes
